I first got into fermentation out of a desire to improve my gut health. I became fascinated with the idea of feeding my microbiome in ways that could help me feel better, digest better, and avoid getting sick as often. The more I learned, the more obsessed I became with understanding how food directly impacts our health.

I’ve always loved cooking, and the opportunity to experiment with organic ingredients and fermentation techniques in the kitchen has been a joy. There’s something deeply satisfying about transforming simple ingredients into something that nourishes both the body and soul.
